Advanced search filters help you limit search results to the notes that you want to see.
Verinote includes an advanced search function so the search results are restricted to notes
that match all of the search filters you set. To perform an advanced search in Verinote Native
Desktop Application, ensure you are logged in and simply
follow these steps:
- Click the search bar located at the top of the Home Page.
This will open a new Search Field.
- Click on the arrow and a drop down menu will appear allowing you to restrict the
search results to a date, location, marking, IMM/DLM, Unique Reference Number or Tag.
- Enter the desired search criteria and click Search.
The search will return the notes relevant to the search criteria (within the title, body
of note or attachment title) and will be listed in chronological order on the left hand
side of the screen, displaying Title, Time & Date, Incident Location and Author of the
Note. To review a note from the search results, click on the note and it will display the full
content of the note, any attachments, metadata and markings.
