Advanced search filters help you limit search results to the notes that you want to see.
Capture includes an advanced search function so the search results are restricted to the
notes that match all of the search criteria you set. To perform a search for an event tag using
Capture Native Desktop Application, ensure you are logged in (for help logging in, click here)
and simply follow these steps:
- Click MAGNIFYING GLASS icon located at the top of the Home Page.
This will open the Search field. - To search for an event tag click ADVANCED
This will open the Advanced Search fields. - Enter the event tag in the Add Tag field and click the PLUS icon to add the event tag
to the search criteria. You can enter multiple event tags by repeating the process. - Click Search.
A pop up field will display at the bottom of the window indicating the number of notes
found and the notes will be listed in chronological order and displaying Title, Time &
Date, Incident Location and Author. - To review a note from the search results, click on the note and it will display the full
content of the note, any attachments, metadata and markings.
