Missing transaction when processing statement

If you notice missing transactions after processing a statement, it may be due to specific keywords or phrases in the description that have caused the system to filter them out.

Solution: Include All Transactions

1. Reload the statement.
2. Navigate to Process FIT Wizard.
3. Click on More Options.
4. Go to the Description section.
5. Untick the "Description Contains" filter.

This will ensure that all transactions are included in the processed statement.

Solution: Include Only Specific Transactions

• If you want to include only certain transactions, review the listed phrases in the "Description Contains" filter.
• Select the phrases that were applied and remove them to refine your results.

The screenshot above shows that all transactions where the description contains the following " balance", "married forw" and "ought forw" will be excluded. This has been done to prevent all the balance carried forward transaction being brought through.
